It was 3 o'clock in the afternoon and I felt like loaded potato skins. Too bad I didn't feel like making them. Instead, I concocted this tasty snack (and it took me less than 5 minutes).
Loaded Cottage Cheese
1 bowl cottage cheese
shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
chopped green onions
crumbled bacon (or real bacon bits)
Directions: Layer in a bowl and devour!
